    Hi,

You will get this error mostly because the selections you have given do not fetch any data from the underlying info provider. Are you sure the info provider has got the data?

Have you created any restrictions in the query?

    Hi,

Do you have reporting authorizations in this context?

If not, please try creating another query. Start with very simple structure like 1 row and 1 column. If you are finding some data continue with that.

I have never seen a situation where we can question the link between BEx data warehouse and the Bex reporting tools.

    Hi,

check if the data target has the data or not. and also You can also check if you have right authorizations or not by using the transaction RSRT and give your query name.

    Best regards,

    Shakeel

    Hi,

You can delete the Error requests in the Monitor screen of the Infopackage/DTP.

Ensure that the filter is applied or not in the query designer for which you looking for the data.

    Hope this helps.........

    Hi Viswanath,

I also encountered the same problem in BI 7.0, which doesn't happen in BW 3.5. I could finally work it out. Here are the steps:

    - Right click on the InfoCube > choose "Manage".

    - In the "Requests" tab, click the traffic light button in the "Request Status" column, set it to "Status OK".

    - The "Request for Reporting Available" column will show the "Request is available for reporting" icon automatically.

    - Try to execute your query again.

    Hope this helps.

    Regards,
