tracking number not available for limit items

Dear Experts,

We are on an SRM 5.0 implementation.

We have implemented note 676016 for making the tracking number field available in the shopping cart. This works perfect but the field is not visible for limit items. Should we create a custom field for this or can this also be handled by adjusting the shopping cart template?

    Hello,

    There is possibility to use the BAdI BBP_GROUP_LOC_PO where a customer field can

    be used to define an additional split criteria using the tracking

    number.

    Also please try to republish the template of the screen.

    you are saying that we should add a custom field to the shopping cart limit item for using requirement?
