How To Add More Solutions To Cloud Availability Center

Dear Experts,

in the SAP ONE Support Launchpad I'm able to navigate to the Cloud Availability Center (CAC).

In the CAC I can only choose SuccessFactors as a Cloud Solution.

As I understand the informations on the following page, the CAC is also available for C4C for example:

How can I add e.g. C4C or CPI as a Cloud Solution to the Availability Center? Do I need some special permissions?
