We just inherited a SAP business one from one of the company we brought over.
We notice there is a RSP Agent Service that did not start in the windows environment.
All the other services, eg. Messaging Service, License Manager and DI Server is able to start without issue.
We are able to logon into MSSQL database using the 'sa' password without issue as well.
The error we are getting is when we tried to start the RSP Agent Service as follow:
Login failed for user 'sa'. Reason: Password did not match that for the login provided. [CLIENT: <local machine>]
We notice in C:\Program Files (x86)\SAP\Remote support platform for SAP Business One\Service\Config
there is a file RSP.Agent.Common.System.config where user 'sa' and password is define.
However the password is very long and encrypted type.
How do we reset this 'sa' password for RSP agent so that it can start the service?
