Add iviews to folder

Hi all,

I created a workset containing iview.

I would like grouped the iviews inside folders : workset > folder > iview

I created the folder inside the workset.

I don't know how to put the iview inside the folder : I have the iviews and the folder at the same level.

I tried to use the buttons "up" and "down". These buttons permit only to move the order and not the level.

Please help me .

Hi,

You can cut/paste the pages/iviews into folder.

1. select the page/iviews, right click press cut.

2. Navigate onto folder and right click paste it.

I checked the link : if the template or the query is modified, the iview is modified also

Do you keep the delta link ?

Which delta link do you mean? Once you have added the iView to workset, you shouldn't delete the iView, thinking it is delta linked already. Is that what you mean?

Hi,

Yes. Cut and paste options can help you do this. The cut option is available by right clicking the iView under the workset. So you can cut the iView and right click the folder under workset and paste it.
