Free Goods

Hi

I have created an free goods determination for exclusive,with corspending to that i have created an order at item level the goods as been split and i got the exclusive free goods For( ex:for 10 to 3 ) at header level for free goods also price is taking ,and i have maintained R100 condition type in pricing procedure also.What configuration has to be down.please help me in thi issue.

Dear Chandra,

Chek the item category of that item and go into details of that itemcategory through VOV7 transaction check the setting in the Pricing field under Business data tab,it should be 'B'Pricing for free goods (100% discount)

Check have you maintained condition record for R100 condition type or not.

Check the From and To settings of the R100 condition type in the pricing procedure.

Check the pricing procedure have you maintaining requirement as 55 and alternative condition base value as 28 for that R100 condition type or not.

For free goods determination please check in the Item category assignment

Spro >Sales and Dist > Sales >Sales Docu >Sales docu item > Assign Item Categories.

that you maintain the usage as FREE for the specific combination of the Sales order type, Item category group and Item category.

hi,

as i understood the issue is the free goods is also being priced. If yes, go to the free goods item category ie TANN at VOV7. Make sure the pricing field has a value B- pricing for free goods. Requirement 55 of R100 condition type checks this indicator at TANN item category. so this should be satisfied.

I hope you have also activated free goods procedure for the combination of sales area + doc. pric proc + cust pri proc --- free goods procedure. If not do it.

I hope this should sovle the issue.
