hi

you can try it out like this

In SAP B/A main menu file option is there

in that one you have the option called Page setup in that one you set the default printer and the page format and also the margins you make it all the margins to 0 then you will get space for the last line and that will printed in the same page

or

in PLD there is one option is called Display document proprities in select that one in that paper margins make it for 0 then select the dfault printer

If you give reward points it is help full for me

with regards

Hi,

Unfortunately this is how the system works, you cannot change it.

It is because there is not enough space for the whole document to be printed on one page, so it cuts off the last row to display it on the second page. Without this, on your second page there would only be the End of Report and Footer which would look silly. The higher your End of Report area is the more time the last row will be printed on the second page.

What you can do is to make your end of report area smaller so there will be enough space to print it on the first page in most of the cases.

Thank's Natalia

but, it's not the problem.

Wen I use the sytem template I can print 26 lines in an incoice on the first page.

If I have just 9 lines in my invoice, there are 8 lines on the first page printed and 1 line on the second page.

I have enought place on the first page to print 26 lines, why the last line is on second page ?

On SAP B1 2005 A PL 42

Hi Thierry,

Check the Page Footer Height. If the height of page footer is more, sometimes this kind of problem may occur. Try to reduce the size.

I hope this will solve your problem.

Yes, you can print 26 lines normally. But what about your End of Report area? On the one before the last page there is not enough space to display all the remaining lines AND the End of Report AND the Footer.

Just print it out and put all the pages on each other. You can see that there would not be enough space for all the 9 lines, End of Report and Footer on one page.

That's why it cuts off the last row, to have at least one line on the last page.

As I said, try to make your End of Report area smaller.
