We got a requirement that, Using SAP P/POI interface, Sales Order should be created in SAP ECC and Service Ticket should be created in C4C. Here Sales Order is getting created and Service ticket is not getting created in C4C.
As I am very new to SAP PI/PO, I want to know how to check connections in SAP PI/PO system for SAP ECC and SAP C4C.
We also have integrations with C4C. C4C service are webservices following SOAP/HTTP messaging protocol. They are also authenticated with basic user. To pre-test and establish a connectivity, use SOAP-UI. After you have performed some tests in SOAP-UI, you can put same configurations in PI in a SOAP/HTTP receiver channel.
