UWL forward button action handler xml format for shopping cart NW portal 7.3

Hi All,

we have upgraded our portal system from 7.0 to 7.3 . we got issues regarding the button in preview area and the property show button in preview area is set for actions and we got the buttons in preview area.

but our issue is we are not able to the forward button action handler in our scenario . the action reference for forward button is not found.

but in context menu of the inbox work item . we see the forward button and its working fine.

How can we get standard forward button format to be maintained in com.sap.pct.srm.core.xml in universal work list.

Keeping only the TAG - PORTAL Universal Worklist (UWL) , as it is specific to UWL.
