Incident creation time

Hello, in Solman 7.2 SP6 when we create incident, it's show different time in incident and in result list of search.

In incident:

in search:

We opened message at SAP AGS, but SAP answer that by default created time field ''STRUCT.CREATED_AT' uses UTC as the time zone and it's not a defect, it's SAP design.

What should i do to see in searh result list in collumn "Created on" right time value, which i had in incident?

Hi Anton,

You may change the value in method GET_POSTING_DATE of component AIC_INCIDENT_S by fetching the POSTING_DATE.
