problem in reconcillation during goods movement

Dear cons

We have some projects. L&T is our contractor.we have some storage location. we generally transfer the material to vendor st. location by movement type 415. In this move ment type we are not able to enter p.o no. which cause problem in reconcillation. Is their any way to create p.o field . If yes, how. pl. solve the problem.

go to omjj and mov type 415

fo to field selections (201 movement ) then add the po field there for the normal transaction ie mb1a/b/c or in field selection make entry of po field for migo t code

Hi,

I think you are using wrong movement type because if L & T is your contractor and you are transfering material to vendor it is one kind of subcontracting only.

so , you have to use movement type 541 for that..and you should raise puchase order with item category L only i.e. subcontracting.

if you take 415 movement it is tranfer posting from your storage location to your project.

If you explain your scenario in detail, we can discuss it in a better way..
