As you mentioned your directory structure ...there is a folder called "documents" in that you can define your folder structure

Head Office

Hi,

As far as I know, there are no restriction on the limit of files stored in KM Repositories.

If you want to backup the files in KM Repositories, it all depends on which repository.

For example if the Repository is CM with persistance mode DBFS, then check this:

http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw70/helpdata/EN/44/fa8a46127e0484e10000000a155369/frameset.htm

KM content in internal repositories and CM repositories in DB persistence mode is stored in the database along with most of the KM configuration data. To back up KM content, you have to back up the database.

Hi Murali,

The folder that you see in KM Content are Repositories for creation of thease repositories please navigate to

System Administration - - > System Configuration - - > KLnowladge Management(From Left hand side column) - - > Repository Managers (From Portal Content) - -> CM Repository

Here you can click on New and can create your own repository name ie Head Office.

once repository is created restart Portal Server.

so that changes can take place properly.

then you can proocced in this folder to create sub folder.

Hope this helps if so please reward points.

Regards.
