What information do you actually want to see in Excel?
An email is in general an unstructured document.
Also is an email the output of a purchase order which is assembled while printing the purchase order.
You need to be a bit more specific in your requirement otherwise people can just make wild guesses or will not answer at all.
Do you need statistics from table NAST? or the email body itself as it can be seen in transaction SOST?
Had you already tried to get an export of your normal emails from Outlook into Excel? did this make any sense?
