wanted to see if i could maybe get some direction in which way to approach this problem
I have a project that has 2 WBS elements. The user status are
10 NEW New 10 30
20 NADP Not Adopted 10 30
30 ADPT Adopted 20 50
40 PEND Pending 20 50
50 CMPL Complete 30 60
60 CLSD closed 50 60
The WBS elements are at CMPL status and the user wants to move them to ADPT
I am able to change oneWBS from CMPL to ADPT but i am unable to change the other WBS to ADPT
The error message I get for the other is
User status 'PEND' has reference number 40. In the current object status 'WBS XXX-XXX-80' the reference number of a status must be at least 50.
Procedure
You can only set user status whose reference number is at least 50.
I can tweak the low/high and guess move around but why is the error happening only for one WBS under the same project
