We have configured XI alerts for PI 7.0 on Solaris and Oracle backend. But when the alerts are generated they go either to email or go as text SMS to mobile, depending on which address is given first in the user master record of the recepient. Is there a way to send alerts to both email and mobile at same time.
Hi Clarence DCruz
follow Mobile Push Alert Configuration guide mentioned in SAP note 937659.
Go to the backend, open transaction SPRO and then you are in IMG - this is the place they talk about. Not a separate config guide on the WEB.
On SPRO, click SAP Reference IMG -> Plant Maintenance and customer Service -> Maintenance and Service Processing -> Mobile Asset Management.
There you see all configurations for MAM - and so for Push alert. It is the last setting. If you do not se it, check the PLUGIN you use on the backend. I guess it will be available after Version PI2004 not with PI2003.....
