Dear C4C community,
Is there any option in C4C to block sending outgoing mails from C4C system if the domain is not configured in e-mail and fax settings.
For ex: my business case is as below,
we have configured @mycompany.com in e-mail and fax settings in the activity list configuration, so when we send e-mails from the ticket with above domain only it should allow to send, in case if we use @gmail.com to send mails from the ticket then it should automatically block and not to send for this personal domain.
I found one area under Administrator->Common tasks->Configure S/MIME , here in 'outgoing E-mail' tab if we upload some certificate then it may be possible but not sure how this works and how to get certificate.
Please let me know how to fulfill above requirement.
