Hi Experts!

Now I've the complete scenario working fine!

Now I'm facing new issues!

When the responses arrives at crm, the survey transaction is created as expected. If the same survey is answered more than once, is there anything to do to not create a new transaction and just update the last response?

    the method is suggested was not mine but is a standard practice being followed

    and it states that every time the customer responds a seperate activity needs to be generated ,using it you wont be able to updat the already existing activity

    for your purpose we need to explore another option because people are happy with the current functionality as they can see the details of sepereate activity for each customer in table

    i could not understand first why you need a single activity for all the customers,it will pose the poblem for you because all the previous details will be lost,how you will retrieve the later

    i have a solution for your problem,you just for the time being allow the seperate activity to be created for every customer

    but regarding you requirement you just create a report and in that use FM order_save which will first read the original activity and when the status of activity is changed it will update the changes and original activty with updated contents you will get,try to un the report in background while sending the survey so that it also run in synchro with the customer response.

    this way you will be able to achieveyour requirement

    but i will still advise you to go by standard,you will see in future this thing has significance.

      I saw what u wrote and I'll regard all yours advises!

      However... my customer wants just one response per BP.

      I know there is an option in 'survey attributes' (crm_survey_suite) that should not allow responses changeable later in the survey. When I did a test "not flagging" that option in my survey, it didn't work as I've expected (I was expecting the survey was blocked for new responses)... but on contrary of this... another response and transaction were created.

      Is there a way to block a new survey response? Or I must implement what you've sugested me?
