Read Sap note Note 1054740 - SAP System Installation on Windows Server 2008
SAP will officially support Windows Server 2008 for Netweaver 7.0 SR3 and higher (64-bit only), as soon as the SAP release has passed through the complete validation and has met all prerequisites, like a supported Java virtual machine for Windows Server 2008. As long as the SAP software is not fully validated on Windows Server 2008, productive usage is not yet supported.
