Actions not displaying in the Correspondence Toolbox- SAP Dispute Management

Hi Experts,

When I try to create a Correspondence for a Dispute Case, the actions are not appearing in the tool box.

I am using the standard Action Profile FIN_DM, assigned to the standard Case Type for Dispute Management, i.e. F_DM. The indicator "Display in toolbox" is also set in the Action definition (as it is a standard action).

Also, the authorizations maintained for the user is *, so all the authorizations are there.

Please help.

We need to have Authorization "03" for object "S_PPF_CUST" in the profile. Actions were not displayed as this authorization was missing.
