Control record in Idoc is not getting populated from XI

Hello,

My scenario is File -Idoc.

Customer is ending file to XI and XI is creating Idoc SSDCLM .

The partner Profile is created for the Customer.

So i have checked the checkbox Apply control record from payload in receiver communication channel. so that the control record of the idoc is gettiing populated from XI

But this is not happening.

The inbound idoc which is created does not contain the values in control record even when i have checked ''Apply control record from payload"

Can anybody tell me what may be the problem

Check whether the fields that u r populating in XI are part of the list present here.

Only the specified field will have affect of the "Apply control record from payload" checkbox

Hi,

When we map the source message to the IDoc, either we disable EDIDC (Control Record) segment or populate the fields under this node.

If we populate these fields in mapping, then only we can select "Apply control record from payload".

If we do not populate control record in mapping, we do not have that in payload.
