Retreiving lot number & quantity in Delivery

Dear all,

I am looking forward for a solution for the undermentioned scenario:

In production order rows I have a lot number and some other udf's related to test figures for the finished goods. In delivery window also i have all these fields. I have set queries in all the test udf's such that when i enter the lot number of the finished product the data gets retreived from the corresponding test udf's from production order.

Now my problem is: When i enter the item, then at lot number field i want the system to throw all the unconsumed lot numbers of that item from production order and the remaining quantity for e.g. i manufactured A, 50 pcs, lot num 1 and sold 20 pcs from that lot, then when i enter the next delivery for the item it should show me Lot 1 , 30: Lot 2, 50 and so on the other unconsumed produced lots for that item. How do i achieve this.

When you say Batch UDF, are you using Batch management for items and the UDF are on the Batch Setup screen OR are you manually entering a batch number on the Production Order and you using this number as the batch number.

It will be much easier if you were using the Batch managed items
