How to grow from sap power user to a SAP functional consultant?

Dear sap gurus

I am a b tech graduate in 2015 batch and since 2 years i am working as a SAP PP power user but I want to grow as a SAP functional consultant but unfortunately i don,t have any sap certification but the fact is that in every interview they are asking for one end to end implementation.this disappointing me a lot. Please suggest me what i can do further so that it could be help to get a job as a sap consultant.

Step 1 at your company would be to help test your SAP system; the more you test, the more you learn.

Hi - where I work, the great testers have the "inside track" to help implement solutions. Some of the training environments at the Learning Hub also give you live access to a system for implementation experience. Good luck
