Urgent help in copying STANDARD Texts of various lang from 1 client to anot

Hi,

I have a require ment in which i have to copy all standard texts in chinese,thai language from one client to another.

Can any one please help me with this .

I don't have any idea on proceeding .

Hi,

You can follow the below steps to copy standard text from one client to another.

Hi,

1. Open SO10 in destination client where u need the standard text to be copied.

2 then select > utilities-> click on 'copy from client.'

3.specify the name of standard text to be copied

4. Text ID = ST (Standard Text)

5. Language = The corresponding language

4. Source Client ---client where now the standard text is available.

7. Target Name : Name of the standard text in destination system. this one u can keep the same name as 'Text Name"..this will nothing but changes the name of the STD Text in destination system if u need that one in different name in ur destination client.....

1.Go another client.

2.Open SO10->utilities-copy from client.

3.specify the name of standard text.

lang:*(means alla languages).

4.It can available in that client.

Hi,

Use the Following Program

goto se38>RSTXSCRP>EXECUTE.

CHOOSE THE RADIOBUTTON Standard Text .

In the Object name type ur Textname(chinese one ).

choose the Mode as Export.

GIVE the Language as chinese Code.

EXECUTE.

Save to ur desktop.

Now logon to other client.

goto se38>RSTXSCRP>EXECUTE.

CHOOSE THE RADIOBUTTON Standard Text .

In the Object name type ur Textname(chinese one ).

choose the Mode as IMPORT.

GIVE the Language as Chinese Code.

EXECUTE.

Give the File name.

The text will get Imported.
