IDOC not received in ECC system

Hi Expert

I have created a successful delivery in SAP ECC system and after that i am checking the delivery idoc (DESDAV.DELIVERY03) in ECC side but unfortunately no idoc generated.

I have checked WE02 . WE21. WE20 , SM59 for IDOC process .

Please let me where this idoc stuck in ECC system.
