Hi Experts,
As a vendor has for example 4 different stores, does this mean that we have to create 4 vendors in the system, or can this be handled by using partner functions in SRM? If yes, how? We want to be able to create a PO and specify which store should receive the order (note: all stores have the same invoicing address etc.., only the order address is different).
Kind Regards,
Tom
Hello Tom,
if you use SRM 5.0 it should be possible to create 1 vendor with 4 stores via the configurable partner schema.
I haven't checked this, but you should be able to define a partner function "store" and the relationship to partner function "Vendor". Then you define a partner schema for these partner functions and assign it to transaction types shopping cart and PO.
Other experts, please correct me if I'm wrong.
Best regards,
Karsten

Yes in my small knowledge, you need to maintain partner functions in IMG and then in Trx. BP you have to maintain relationship between these 4 Vendors I mean logically as "Has activity partner".

Above SRM 5.0 versions it possible to choose partner functions from EBP.
But below versions are not having such a facility which is avail R/3.
