Hi Expert,
I have configured Email channels one for B2B and other one is for B2C.
We have multiple emails for B2C ( for Ex : one for Complaint and other one for inquiry ).
We have created multiple ticket type same as email ( Complaint and Inquiry ).
There is a request that when an email sent to Complaint email, ticket type Complaint will be created automatically based on that email. and Same if an email sent to inquiry, An automatic ticket with type inquiry will be created automatically.
There is a ticket type field in the Email channel, but i can't create multiple email for B2C.
How can i create Multiple Email and assign to each email the Default Ticket type?
Email for B2C is : cod.servicerequest@myxxxxxx.mail.crm.ondemand.com.

In the blog, it is created one Email channel for each ( B2B and B2C ).
What I need is as for example :
cod.servicerequest1@myxxxxxx.mail.crm.ondemand.com
cod.servicerequest2@myxxxxxx.mail.crm.ondemand.com
cod.servicerequest3@myxxxxxx.mail.crm.ondemand.com
and each Email channel will have default Ticket type.
