Hello Ravi,
you can only create "single" qualifications without further sub elements.
Qualifications can only be included in the template hierarchy as criteria group, but never as criteria, therefore, you aren't allowed to include eg. another qualification under an already existing qualification in the template.
The only thing you can do here is to select this qualification -> go to tab "layout" and select there "add_qualifications
as free enhancement. Then the user can insert more qualifications.
