Read URL-Parameters within JSPDynPage

Hi portal-dev-team,

i'm calling a portal application via http://server:port/irj/servlet/prt/portal/prtroot/dev.lab.app.ReportingStart?orgeh=50002401&year=2008

Is there a way to get the parameters within the doInitialization method?

this.getPageContext().getParameter("year") and

request.getParameter("orgeh")

does not seems to work.

Any ideas?

Thanks in advance for your help!

Regards,

Frank

    Hi,

    Try some thing like this:

    // pRequest is IPortalComponentRequest
    pRequest.getServletRequest().getParameter("year");

    Hi Franck,

    try it

    // request is IPortalComponentRequest

    request.getServletRequest().getAttribute("year");

    This code work, but In my opinion is not a good idea to put parameters in the URL, it's better to use form and

    request.getParameter("year");

    Kind Regards,

    Pino.
