Hi all,

I have done normal abap for 8 months now i want to shift to CRM .

What should I start with??

Please give me some ideas or suggestions.

To Access those documents you need service market place ID.

To have an ID you shoud be either a partner or customer for SAP. Visit service.sap.com for more details.

Hi kush sharma,

Its good that you know ABAP.CRM ABAP is quite different but should not be a problem.

You can start off by learning the function aspect of CRM and later look more in to technical side of it. This way its gonna help you in long run, to become a techno-function consultant.

You can join the traning provided by SAP Partners.
