Is it possible to diverse appointment priorities according to transaction types on CRM 4.0?
For service order - BUS2000116
ZRVO > very high, high, medium, low
ZRVQ > high, medium, low

Generally priorities are not defined specific to tranaction type.
IMG > CRM-> Transactions --> Settings for activities --> Maintain activities,goals and priorities ---> Maintain priorities of dates
However you can default the priority for your transaction type.
Go to your transaction type below IMG path
IMG --> CRM --> Transactions --> Basic Settings --> Define tranaction type
Choose your trasaction type and go to assignment of business transaction categories
Select business activity and goto customizing header
set the default data as priority medium (whatever you want)
