Work Flow - Mails not triggered to assigned agents.

Hi,

There is a situation in Workflows developed at our client place. Since developed and tested, they have been triggering mails correctly to the inbox of the agents for atleast around a month.

All of a sudden, in the last seven days, it seems that none of the mails go through to the inbox. Can any one help with, some analysis as to why this problem could occur..
