Work Flow - Mails not triggered to assigned agents.

Hi,

There is a situation in Workflows developed at our client place. Since developed and tested, they have been triggering mails correctly to the inbox of the agents for atleast around a month.

All of a sudden, in the last seven days, it seems that none of the mails go through to the inbox. Can any one help with, some analysis as to why this problem could occur..

Hi,

check if there is client copy done by ur system admin / basis.

if there is, check if the workflow is running properly, check SWI2_FREQ if it is running properly and sending mail to the different agent.

Try to use SWI2_FREQ & SWUD to have a better view of what happened in the execution of your workflow. Trace where the problem occured.
