Basically document system vs SAP EDM

Hello I working in the life sciences industry.

Currently we are looking at the new edms system.

I am comparing BIOVIA QUMAS, EMC Documentum and SAP DMS.

I'll tell you some of the things we think are the most important things to consider when introducing the system.

1. Use the edms system to satisfy FDA 21 CFR Part 11

2. We want to convert the paper documents we have into electronic documents to make the electronic documents.

3. We do not have much time to validate many of our document files into SAP DMS. I was wondering about these things.

4. What industry is SAP DMS focused on?
