Not able to connect to my instance

cal-connection-problem-v3.xmlWhen I try to connect to my instance I get messages that basically say the "resource is not available". Please see attached screen prints.

All the steps prior to connecting to the instance executed successfully - Create Account, Create Instance and Activate Instance.

Any help would be appreciated.
