Nitesh,

I don't think there is any definite answer to your question. I am sure it might add some value if you are working on some of the core SAP logistics modules like PP or MM. That being said, there are a whole lot of people out there who are not necessarily CPIM/CSCP certified but who are great SAP logistics consultants! More important than any certification out there including ones from SAP is to what degree and depth and you understand core business processes and how you can apply your SAP knowledge to shape, transform and sustain these business processes for companies that use SAP. If you are starting out in your career and don't have a great deal of industry experience or you think your understanding of core logistics processes in the real world is fairly limited, then probably the CPIM/CSCP course followed by certification might be a good starting point! I am not sure if employers would necessarily look at a CPIM/CSCP certification as a huge plus for SAP jobs but I do think it would add a little value especially if you have pretty competant core logistics SAP skills.

Hope this helps.
