can we have 2 or 3 chart of accounts for one company code

No, you can have one chart of Acc for one co .code

but we can use the same chart of acc for diff co codes

You can have 2 Chart of accounts

1. Operational Chart of Accounts

2. Country Chart of Accounts

Normally we use only Operational Chart of Accounts

Hi...

You can have only one chart of account for one compnay code . You can have another chart of accounts called country chart of accounts assigned to the compnay code.

In OBY6 you can see the details for the Compnay code on chart of accounts
