In Sales Invoice PLD, Repetitive area create a DB field

Let it be F_1 = Table: OITM - ITEMS , Column: ChapterId

    Create another DB field

Let It be F_2 = Table: OCHP - Indian Chapter Id, Column: Chapter Id

(For Chossing this table, after Creating the DB Hold ALT key and select the table)

Now Relate F_2 field with F_1.

This F_2 will give u Chapter Id value.

    Regards,

    Dhana.

      Kapil!

It does'nt mean tht some tables are hidden. when u create a DB field in a particular area it'll capture the all tables related to any of the field lying in it. so, we have to Hold the ALT key in order to select the tabled other than the existing related table.

n reg the ECC num of BP, thro this way i hav'nt achieved it. for bcoz to bring all the tax details is easy directly from invoice table but this ecc num upto my observation it is not taken to the invoice table. So ur way is better now retrieving ECC via an UDF.

      Regards,

      Dhana.

    Hi,

You can get the Capter ID from the OCHP.

    ---

    SELECT T0.ChapterID, T1.ItemCode FROM OCHP T0 INNER JOIN OITM T1 ON T0.AbsEntry = T1.ChapterID

    ---

    Thanks
