Hi all.

I found that there is an account/customer code that caused the error ''Use the date format in the user master".

The rest is fine, can be printed.

I figured it out when I tried to print one by one of the statement.

Until now, I still didnt know why this particular account cannot be printed.

Is it related to invoice date or sales date or whatever date involved?

Any idea?

Thanks

az

please check which account statment have assigned in customer/vendor master in company code-correspondence.

accordingly only you can take the statement of account.

example: weekly, monthly, quarterly, half year and year.

it may be solve your problem

assign points if its helpful

Hi Raghu Ram

I already checked Date format in User Profile and I dont think the problem is from there.

Because there's no problem before when I print the statement.

I got that error when I put particular date, in this case I put 31.03.2008.

When I changed the 'Key dates for acct statement' to other date, some date is fine but some date faced same problem like 31.03.2008

Do you have any idea why this happened?

Thanks

Hi

I think you must have mentioned some specific date in "Key Date'" configuration.

Thats why you are facing this problem.

Plz clarify me If I am wrong and correct me.
