RWD Infopak - not capturing SAP GUI screens

Hi there

Is Infopak affected by SAP Gui versions? I have an issue with 7.10 at the moment where infopak will not capture any SAP screens other than the initial clicking of the SAP logonpad icon. It seems to work fine in all other office applications so it just seems to be the Gui that is the problem.

Hello Anthol,

Before working on the RWD tool, Just check one setting for SAP server.

Go to the OPTION ---> SCRIPTING TAB ---> USER SETTING ---> Click on enable scripting.

Now check whether the RWD tool is capturing the screens or not after this setting is made ???
