Download Error when opening IR/ID

HI Experts,

I have freshly installed sapgui on my system and then i am connecting my XI server through VPN connection. When i open SXMB_IFR and IR or ID it gives me error DOWNLOAD ERROR. What can be the cause of error.

I have checked the following:-

No Firewall settings, Java Loaded, Host files added , No ports blocked.

Can anyone throw some light on this.

Thanks & Regards,

Saras Jain

    Hi,

Have you seen one of the weblogs about such problems?

    Meanwhile plz confirm that

You need to install the JDK on your local PC to open the Integration Builder.

    Download it from below site,
