Performance tuning parameters ?

Hi Guys,

I have one scenario as EO and another as BE.

Does these tuning parametres help me to increase the performance of my EO scenario ?

EO_INBOUND_TO_OUTBOUND,

EO_INBOUND_PARALLEL,

EO_OUTBOUND_PARALLEL

How to use these parameters and any advantages and disadvantages ?

any help would be appreciated
