External Number for Case Management

Hi,

I´m using Case Management. I would to use external range number for identify a new case.

I configured new range in tx SNRO and indicate for my "Case type" that don´t use internal range.

However, When I access to tx SCASE and create a new case, field for number never is enable (only not modify). I´m configure atributes and this fields is modify.

How I can enable this field for use the new functionaliy of " Create or Change Rule for Generating Record Numbers". I created a new rule for case indicator, but I don´t know where associate this rule with my case type or in the field external key how enable field exit for search my rule.

Any suggestion?
