This is regarding Test management planning and progress in Solution manager 7.1. Can somebody explain the end to end process of planning process? We are currently doing the planning at 'Test case level' but there is a lot of discrepancies in the planning data. We have some Test cases assigned to a Test plan and we have not maintained any planing data at Test case still there is some cumulative value being displayed at 'Test package' and Test plan. Where is that data coming from?
Besides can someone help me in understanding how the 'Expected planned hours' and 'Planned hours' are getting updated in standard BI reports in SM_WORKCENTER and what is the difference between 'Expected planned hour' and 'Planned hours'.
