Account hierarchy issues with data import in SAC

Hello experts.

We try to create a model importing data from BW. We have create our BW model and query with a Key figure and several InfoObjects. One of this is an Account and we have created a hierarchy with some levels (more than 3).

The problem appears when we try to import our model in SAC. On the data integrator step appear one column for each dimension and atribute selected on the previous query and on the account column we have the base level accounts and their parents. The base level accounts have a time data associated but not for the parents and data quality errors appears because we can't create a model with empty time rows.

Is there any way to import an entire hierarchy of account dimensions from a BW import model?

We know that we can create the hierarchy directly in SAC but it is not our best option.

Thank you in advance.

Jordi.

Issue example--> Imported simple hierarchy: SDASS>ZCXCZX. SDASS is not a valid member for data preparing model.

Hi Jordi,

Were you able to resolve this issue?

I believe we've resolved some issues in the data integration area.

Hi Jordi,

Have you thought of using a BW live connection for this?

Yes, sure. I read the note that you attached but I think it is a problem of SAC and not of BW.
You can only build the hierarchy completely in SAC from the dimension once the model was created. I thought about creating a Public Account dimension but this type of dimension can not be linked to a model.

Jordi - I cannot see your picture; would you please re-upload?

Also, please review this SAP Note - https://launchpad.support.sap.com/#/notes/0002568445 there could be notes to applied on the BW back end.
