output in multiple pages

Hi all,

I have created a table in smartform and this table records are displayed only in FIRST and NOT coming in subsequent pages.

Suppose if the table contains more and more records, it should be diaplyed in subsequent pages.

How to set this in smartforms?

Regards,

Shanthi

    Hi Shanthi

Make sure that your table is placed in the Main WIndow of the Smartform. This window will appear on each page of your multi-page document and will in effect extend with the table.

    Hope that helps

Place the table inside the main window.

If your smartform have only one page, then make sure that in general attributes of the PAGE1 you have selected next page as 'PAGE1'.

If you have used two pages, copy the main window and paste it in PAGE2. Now in general attributes of the PAGE1 next page as 'PAGE2' and in general attributes of the PAGE2 select next page as 'PAGE2'.

Note:- if the table content (item details) grows to more than one page and the layout of all the pages should be unique, then we will create only one page and will recall the same page(in general attributes of the PAGE1 you have to select next page as 'PAGE1'.)

      Hi,

Just ensure that your table is in the main window. In case it runs longer than a page it will appear on subsequent pages.

You do not have to define additional pages for this.
