Solman 7.2 ITSM integration

HI all,

apologies if this is answered already, I cannot find any ready answer.

- by the end of Q1 2018: we will have multiple customers on Solman 7.2 and have our own ITSM solution on Solman 7.2.

- some of our customers want to implement their own ITSM because they provide 1st level support. They will escalate incidents/requests to us for 2nd level support, we will escalate to SAP for 3rd level support.

- our Solman is able to forward incidents to SAP without a problem.

- what is the integration options when the customer has an incident on *their* solman 7.2 and need to foward-to-SAPPartner?

We know that the configuration options were available on solman 7.1, but SAP did not support the integration. What is the status for solman 7.2?
