    Goto t-code PO13, select the position and then click "Position" -> "Delimit" from the toolbar on top.

    You can go thru transaction PPOME as well, it's very intuitive to delimit a position in this transaction. 😊

    Also check the timeconstraint set for the affected infotype.

    • Hi,

      Use tcode RE_RHGRENZ0, enter plan version, objest type - S, object id -all the position id (relevant to that org. unit), object status - 1 (active), reporting period - all, evaluation path, delimitation date. First execute it in test mode.

      Note: before delimiting position, all the relationships should be delimited.

    Hallo,

    Go to PPOM_OLD -> give the org unit & date->clikc on staff assignments->place the cursor on the position->select Edit->delimit->object/relation whichever you want to delimit you can do the same.
