    Hi Ana,

The Best way to Create Bi weekly Payroll Area is

    SPRO-PAYROLL - PayrollUSA- BAsic Settings-Payroll Org

Step1 : Create period modifier with time unit 04(biweekly)

Step 2: Create date modifier with pay date

Step 3: Assign new payroll accounting area to period modifier means assign period and date modifier to new payroll area.

Create control record too in this step.

    Step 4: Generate Paydate calender.

You Are done. Check T549A Table.

Please maintain the table V_T549A with suitable date modifier.

    Hi,

    Proceed as follows:

SPRO -> Payroll -> Payroll (Country) -> Basic Settings -> Payroll Organization -> Check Payroll Area -> Check Payroll Areas.

Now in this screen, click on "New entries" enter payroll area code, Payroll area text, select period parameter for Bi-weekly, tick under "run Payroll" check box (if it is relevant for payroll), enter date modifier other than standard need to be used. Save.

After creation of payroll area, go back and click on "Create control record for that payroll area.

    Hope this will help you.
