BP Relationship is not flowing fro CRM to R/3.

Hi gurus,

I Got one Issue please help me.

Issue : I am creating BP with Relation Ships, but BP general data is flowing to R/3 but Relationships are not flowing.

I am getting Error message like this :

Service that caused the error: BP_REL_CRM_TO_CD.

And here the BDOC type is BUPA_REL.

Please Help me.

Hello Sunil ,

Please try to check your customizing settings in IMG :

"Distribution of Partner Functions from CRM into R/3"

Every relationship exists in CRM should be mapped to R/3 function and type.

Hi Sunil,

Use transaction SMW3FDCUST.

Here for the BDOC type BUPA_REL, uncheck flags for all entreis having FM BP_REL_CRM_TO_CDB.

This has to solved your problem.

Now the Error is gone.

But Relationship data is not Flowing to R/3.

We are talking about 'contact person' relationship, arent no?

That is Orgonization BP not a Contact person BP.

Have you mapped the relationships in CRM with the function partners in R/3¿?

You need to create a function partner in R/3 and this function will do ' the relationship' in the master of clients in R/3. Only contact person is a relation which is uploaded automatilly.

Please check settings in SMOEAC ( Administration console )

for "subscription" BUPA_REL for R/3 BP Relationship exchange.

Hi Ranga,

Thanks for your Immediate Response but I am not writing Program to Retraive Data.

In CRM through the Transaction BP we can create Bussiness partner data right? at the same time we will give the Relationship data for the BP.

After saving the transaction The BDOCS like BUPA_MAIN AND BUPA_REL will help to transfer the general and Relationship data to R/3.

At this point of time BP General data is flowing to R/3 but not BP relation i.e BUPA_REL.

I am getting Error message :
