How to move quality blocked stock to unrestricted

During Quality inspection I have put 2 nos of the items in blocked stock and done no further processing. Do i need to create notification and then transfer the stock to unrestricted.

Kindly guide with the T-code

the T-code to be used was 343 E as the material was allocated to Sales order.

Hi

If you have transferred the stock from QI to blocked, you need to return them to the vendor as they have fialed QI.

If you want to move stock into to unrestricted use t.code MB1B mvt type 343 - Blocked to unrestricted use stock

On using the movement type 343 i am getting message " Deficit of BA Blocked 2 Ea : Material code company code storage location batch number (i.e AA01 AA01 92000000000000343 AA01 AA123)"

It says that there is no Blocked stock

But on seeing throught MMBE blocked stock is shown over there. What is the full procedure for putting the material in blocked stock, do we need to make any notification and complete the process.

about the Notification you need to check your musiness process, how it has been addressed.

in MB1B enter the Plant & Sto loc correctly.

how r u sure that the blocked stock which is showing in mmbe is that stock which u have placed in blocked stock through the inspection lot .

i had also faced the same error some time back.

after analysis i found out that the stock which i was thinking was placed to blocked stock thru an inspection lot wasnot the amount showing in mmbe.

what u can do is proceed all the inspection lot in QM against the material code.

You need to use MIGO transaction only.

You need to use movement type 343 to transfer blocked stock to unrestricted use stock.

and you can use Mvt type

or

349 Transfer posting from blocked stock to stock in quality inspection

Depending upon your requirement
