My client is first time going for CRM implementation. According their business requirements, only SAP CRM Marketing,CRM Interaction channel & SAP contact center(BCM) is enough to be in place.
if in case if we are going to configure only Interaction channel module +BCM, is it possible get the benefits out of the functionalities of the interaction center? to make it success, what are the other part of the CRM master/transaction data need to be available in CRM?
If in case if we are going to configure only Marketing module, is it possible get the benefits out of the functionalities of the Marketing module? to make it success, what are the other part of the CRM master/transaction data need to be available in CRM?
